Rustic Routes

Our office is tucked away in GD Colony over in Mayur Vihar Phase III. We’ve been here at B 1273-74 for a good bit now. It’s a quiet enough spot, though finding parking can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. We started Rustic Routes because we like travel, and now it is what we do all day. Most of the time, we are just sitting here sorting out travel plans or talking to people about where they want to go next. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. It’s just a normal workplace with a few desks and maps on the wall. We help people figure out their trips, mostly local stuff but some further away too. The neighborhood knows us, and we get a lot of people just walking in from the colony. It’s nice because we know a lot of our customers personally. We don’t use any complicated software that makes things confusing. We just write things down and make sure the bookings are solid. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their holiday time. If you’re around Mayur Vihar, you can probably spot our place. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like the quiet and the friendly atmosphere.
