Our office is tucked away in the Ies Apartment complex, specifically at Plot No. 9 in Sector 4 of Dwarka. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment building, but it works for what we do. J.P. Singh is usually around handling the paperwork. We spend our days coordinating things for various hotel properties. Most of the time, we’re on the phone or sending emails back and forth to make sure bookings are lined up. The room we work in is filled with files and some old brochures that have seen better days. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It feels more like a home office where someone is always making a pot of tea in the small kitchen. Dwarka Sector 4 is a decent area, fairly quiet compared to the rest of Delhi, which is nice when we’re trying to focus. We have a few desks squeezed in together, and the internet sometimes goes out when it rains heavy. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for number 40 to find us. It’s a straightforward setup. We manage the resort business from here, dealing with the numbers and the logistics of keeping guests happy at our other locations. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like checking schedules and updating records, but that’s how the business stays afloat. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished.
