Our shop, Laposs Hardware Pvt. Ltd., is over in Mansarover Garden at C-32/a. If you can find the Kirti Nagar Fire Station, we’re right opposite that. It’s a pretty easy landmark for most people. We’ve been in this area for a while, selling all sorts of hardware bits and pieces. The shop is usually full of stuff, and it might look a bit messy to someone from the outside, but we know where every screw and hinge is kept. We aren't trying to be one of those big, shiny showrooms. We’re just a regular hardware store where you can come in and talk to us about what you need for your house. Sometimes people come in with a broken part and we spend some time trying to find a match for it. It's just how things go here. Mansarover Garden is a nice enough place, and being near the fire station means there’s always something going on. We have a few guys working here who have been with us for years. We’re not fancy, we don’t use big words, and we don’t have a corporate handbook. We just open the doors every morning and help whoever walks in. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We like the regulars who stop by just to say hello or have a quick chat. It’s just us doing our thing and making sure people find the hardware they need.
