Make My Happy Journey

Our office is tucked away in Office No 41 inside the Balbir Singh Complex. If you know Pham Vihar, you know the area stays busy. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the lighting in the hallway flickers sometimes. Inside, there are a few desks and computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at flight and bus schedules. People come in looking for a break from their normal lives. Some want to go to the mountains and others just need a cheap ticket back to their hometown. We deal with a lot of paperwork and sometimes the internet goes slow right when we are trying to confirm a booking. It gets a bit cramped when more than two customers show up at once. We usually have a news channel running on a small TV in the corner to keep us company. It's not a luxury travel lounge, just a practical spot where we get things done. Make My Happy Journey is basically just us sitting here trying to find the best routes for people. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the places we wish we could visit ourselves. The complex has a lot of other small shops so there is always someone popping in to say hello or ask for directions. That's just how life is in this part of town. We just keep clicking and booking until the day ends.
