Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd

We are located at H-4/57 in Sector-16, Rohini. This is where we handle a lot of the holiday planning and resort memberships for people in this part of Delhi. The office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate space. Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd is a big name, but our local branch here is pretty small and personal. We have families coming in all the time to talk about their next vacation. It can get pretty loud when kids are running around the waiting area while their parents talk to us. We try to keep things organized, but with so many bookings, the desks are usually covered in brochures and forms. We aren't trying to be the most polished office in the world. We just want to help people figure out their travel dates. The staff here lives mostly in Rohini or nearby areas, so we know the local vibe. We don't use a lot of sales talk or pressure. We just tell people what is available and what isn't. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting, and other days we don't even have time for a proper tea break. It’s a very human way of working. We enjoy hearing about the trips people took and seeing their photos when they come back. It’s just a regular job in a busy city, and we are happy to be here.
