Our office is at 59 Karuna Kunj in Sector-3, Dwarka. It is a nice residential pocket in New Delhi. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper, just a regular building where we do our daily work. We spend our time talking to people about their holidays and helping them figure out their resort bookings. A lot of families from around Dwarka come in to see us because they want to plan a trip. We have desks, some chairs for guests, and plenty of files to look through. It is a pretty straightforward job. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just try to answer the phone quickly and get people the information they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The staff here are just regular people who know a lot about travel. We deal with the same stuff everyone else does, like traffic on the way to work and computers that sometimes crash when you need them most. We like being in Sector-3 because it feels like a community. We aren't here to give anyone a hard sell. We just show them what is available and let them decide what works for their family and their budget.
