Mahindra Holidays & Resorts (I) Ltd. has an office in Rohini at Sector-9. We are located in Flat No.49 inside Star Apartments. It is a bit different because we are in a residential complex, which makes the office feel a little more relaxed than a typical business district. We spend our time talking to people about their vacation plans and helping them understand how the holiday memberships work. There are always stacks of brochures on the table showing different resorts, but mostly we are just on the phone or computer. Since we are in an apartment building, it is usually quiet, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We don't have a big flashy storefront with neon lights. People who come to see us usually have an appointment or live nearby in Rohini. We have been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. We start in the morning, check our emails, and start calling back families who want to go on a trip. It is honest work, helping people figure out their time off. We don't use a lot of sales talk. We just explain the options and let people decide what they want to do for their next break. It is a steady job in a nice part of Delhi, and we enjoy seeing people get excited about their travel.
