We have a lot of brochures lying around, but most of the work is just answering questions on the phone. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and have seen it grow. It’s not a fancy resort itself, just the place where we manage the bookings and the memberships. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when everyone wants to book for the same holiday weekend. We just try to keep things organized as best we can. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't polished corporate types, just people who work in an office and try to get the details right for the members. It’s a straightforward job that keeps us busy from nine to six every day. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Getting everything sorted for a family's trip is just what we do here in our corner of Delhi.
