Lemontree Hotel,Kusambi,New Delhi

Our office for Lemontree Hotel, Kusambi, is tucked away in 251 B Dhruva Appartment, Plot No.4 in I.P Extension. This part of New Delhi-92 is where we manage the daily grind of hotel operations. It isn't the lobby of a hotel where everything is shiny; it’s a working office with folders, half-drunk water bottles, and a lot of lists. We handle the coordination for the Kusambi location from here. Every day there’s a new list of guests arriving and things that need fixing at the property. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the staff on the ground and making sure the supplies are ordered. It’s a lot of coordination and checking the computer for new bookings. The I.P Extension area is pretty lively, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We aren't about fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just want to make sure the rooms are clean and the guests are happy when they check in. The office is a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep for the audits, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about being reliable and getting the job done without overcomplicating things. We’ve been here a while and know the routine inside out now. There is always something to do, so we just stay focused on the task at hand.
