We are on the second floor of CD 11 on Chirag Delhi Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Shiv Mandir. The road is always loud with traffic, and you can often hear the temple bells from our windows. Our office is a simple place with a few desks and a lot of printed schedules. We deal with travel, so there is always a bit of chaos with people asking about trains or flights. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old chairs and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We don't have a big mission or any promotional speeches. We just sit here and help people figure out their travel plans. Some days are very busy and the phones never stop, and other days we just sit and talk about the weather. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or pass by on the road. We try to be honest about prices and we don't try to push people into buying things they don't need. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We know the area and the people who stop by. We just do our best to get the bookings done without any mistakes. It is just a normal, local travel office.
