Leisure Hotels Ltd

We operate out of an office at F-3/6 in Okhla Phase-1, which is a busy industrial area in Delhi. This is the place where all the planning and the paperwork happens for our different locations. It’s not a hotel itself, even though the name says Leisure Hotels Ltd. If you come by here, you’ll just see desks, computers, and a lot of files. We have a small team of people who spend their whole day on the phone or working on schedules and bookings. The office is right in the middle of the Okhla industrial hub, so it is surrounded by factories and other businesses. It gets very noisy outside with all the trucks and people working, but we just stay focused on what we need to do inside. Our days are filled with mundane tasks like checking bank statements, talking to suppliers, and making sure the staff at our various properties have what they need. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that for people to visit. It is a practical work environment where we handle the behind-the-scenes side of things. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, and the tea guy comes around twice a day to keep us going. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and it works for us because it’s central to where we need to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work required to keep the business running.
