Leading Business Hotel

This place is run by Biju Madhavan over at House No. 1083 in Sector 3 of R.K Puram. We aren't one of those massive chain hotels you see near the airport with a hundred floors. It is more of a straightforward setup here in New Delhi. We have rooms for people who are in town for work or just passing through the city. Most of our guests are just looking for a decent bed and a shower that works without making a fuss. The house is tucked away in the residential part of Sector 3, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We spend a lot of time making sure the linens are clean and the lights are working in the hallways. Sometimes we are fixing a leaky tap or painting a wall to keep things looking okay. It is a lot of daily chores, really. We don't have a big lobby with a fountain, but we have a spot where you can sit and rest your legs. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need to be near this part of South Delhi for a meeting. We try to be helpful when someone asks for directions to the market or needs a taxi early in the morning. It is just a small operation we run out of this house. We keep things simple because that is what seems to work best for us and the people staying here.
