Lajpat Nagar 2 is always packed with people and traffic, and our place at L- 93 94 is right in the thick of things. Lalji Overseas Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but it is just a bunch of us working in the office every day. We handle a lot of paperwork and cardboard boxes. Usually, the desks are covered in shipping manifests, pens, and half-empty tea cups. It gets pretty loud with the phones ringing and people shouting across the room to get things done quickly. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The air conditioner makes a weird clicking noise in the peak of summer, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Most of our day is spent checking on shipments and making sure things are moving as they should without getting stuck at the port or in transit. We aren't really into fancy presentations or polished meetings. We just get the work done. The guys in the back are always busy packing or unloading something from the trucks that double-park outside. Finding a spot to park the delivery van is a daily struggle in this part of town. We know all the local tea sellers and the guards around here. It’s a community feel despite being a busy business area. We keep our doors open even when it’s raining hard outside. There is always someone coming in or going out with a folder or a box.
