Tma Impex Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of I-64 in Lajpat Nagar. If you know the area, you know how crowded it can get, especially during the market hours. We are just above the street level, so we get a good view of the chaos below. Our office is where all the import and export paperwork happens. It’s a lot of folders, stamps, and phone calls. We don't have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done. The first floor is a good spot because we are away from the immediate rush of the sidewalk but still close enough to step out and get whatever we need. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with shipping agents and checking on where different containers are. It can be a bit stressful when things get delayed, but we’ve learned to take it as it comes. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing during the Delhi summers. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the documents are correct and the goods arrive where they are supposed to go. It’s a busy life, but it’s ours.
