We basically act as the local point for the hotel, helping people from this side of the world get their stays sorted out before they fly. It’s a lot of coordination between our office here and the folks over in Thailand. Our space in Saket is modest; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files full of booking details. We spend a lot of time on calls, making sure that everything is lined up for people’s trips. Saket is a lively part of Delhi, and we like being in the middle of it all, even if our minds are often on the beach in Pattaya. We don’t have a big storefront with neon lights.
