Lakshaya Tours Travels

Lakshaya Tours Travels is based at No. 11 in Aliganj, Kotla Mubarakpur. It’s a very busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and small shops. Our office is actually pretty easy to miss if you aren't looking for the sign. It’s a small space where we handle all sorts of travel bookings for people. We have maps pinned to the walls and a bunch of old calendars sitting around. People drop by mostly to ask about train tickets or the local bus routes. We spend a lot of time checking availability on the computer and trying to find seats. It’s often very noisy outside with the local market and people walking by all day. We have a couple of desks and some basic chairs for customers to sit on. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and we have to juggle three different things at once. We don't have any uniforms or a corporate look at all. We just wear what’s comfortable for a long day. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old registers. We try to keep it organized but it’s hard when things are moving so fast. We’ve been in Kotla Mubarakpur for a long time, so we know many of the regulars who live in the area. It’s a simple business. We just help people get where they need to go without too much trouble.
