Our office is located over in Village Brijwasan, at House Number B-47 on the first floor. It’s an interesting spot because Brijwasan still has that old village feel even though the airport is so close. You can hear the planes taking off sometimes when it’s quiet. KNOXVENTURA EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is basically just us doing the hard work of moving goods out of the country. Exporting is a lot more about paperwork and patience than most people think. We spend a lot of time waiting for emails from different time zones. The first floor is where we keep all our records and handle the daily grind. It’s a practical space, nothing flashy about it at all. The street outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery trucks, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been working from this house for a bit and it suits us fine. There isn't any big management hierarchy or anything like that. We just focus on the shipments and making sure the labels and invoices are right. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather, and other days it feels like every phone in the place is ringing at once. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get through the week without any major shipping delays. It’s a living, and we’re okay with that.
