KEYAL EMPIRE DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED

Keyal Empire Designs is located right in the middle of the chaos of Chandni Chowk. We are on the second floor of a building in Katra Neel, tucked away in Shiv Mandir Gali. Anyone who has visited this part of North Delhi knows how the narrow lanes are always filled with people and the smell of street food. Our workspace is not very big, but it is where all the design work happens. We spend our mornings dealing with local vendors and looking at different patterns or materials. It is a noisy area, but you kind of get used to the sound of the temple bells and people shouting in the street below. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down, look at designs, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day of running around. We usually have tea delivered from the stall nearby while we discuss what needs to be finished next. It is hard work staying on top of everything in such a busy market, but we have been doing it for some time now. We don’t really go for anything polished; we just like to focus on the work itself and keep things moving. Most days, the office is just a mess of papers and fabric samples, which is exactly how we like it.
