Kaushiki Hotels & Resorts Privatelimited is located in Vasant Kunj. Specifically, we are at Flat No. 8372 in Sector-C, Pocket-8, near Gate No.-3. This is a residential area in South Delhi. Our office is basically just a flat where we do our business work. We spend our days managing hotels and resorts from this spot. It is a bit different from being in a big commercial building, but it suits us just fine. We have a small team here. We spend a lot of time on calls and sending emails back and forth. Vasant Kunj is a nice area to work in because it is a bit greener than other parts of Delhi. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything. We just have our equipment and our files. It is mostly about staying organized and making sure the guests are happy with their stays at the properties we look after. Sometimes the water in the building is an issue, or the gate is closed, but that's just part of being in this complex. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just do the work and try to stay on top of everything. It's a busy but quiet routine. We often have some biscuits and coffee during our mid-morning break while we discuss the plan for the upcoming weekend guests and staff.
