Our office is on the fourth floor over in Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh. It’s a front-facing unit at 14 B 23, so you can see the street from the window. Karol Bagh is always crowded, so finding us for the first time might take a minute if you aren't used to the lanes. We also have that room over in Katwaria Sarai near Well No. 1. It’s a bit of a walk up to the 4th floor, but we are used to it by now. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking trips or sorting out papers for people who want to go somewhere new. It’s not a big corporate office with matching uniforms. We just have our desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. People stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to see what their options are for a holiday. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea. We have been in the Karol Bagh area for quite a bit. It’s a good spot because everyone comes here for shopping anyway. We just help them figure out where to go next. The Katwaria Sarai location is smaller but it serves the folks near the well just fine. We don't do anything too complicated, just travel planning without the extra fluff. If you need a ticket or a hotel, we just look it up and tell you what it costs. That is how we have always run things here.
