Jukaso Group Of Hotels

Our office is based at House 332 in the village of Kapashera. It’s an interesting spot because Kapashera is right on the edge of Delhi and Gurgaon, so it’s always moving. We aren't in a high-rise building with glass walls. Instead, we are in a more traditional house setup that has been turned into a workspace. It feels very local. You can hear the sounds of the village outside, cows occasionally wandering by, and the roar of the planes taking off from the nearby airport. Inside, we manage things for the Jukaso Group. There’s a lot of paperwork involving our different hotel properties, and the desks are usually piled high with folders. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day to keep us going. The lighting isn't great, and the floor is just plain stone, but it’s a solid place to work. We don't put on any acts here. When people come to visit, they see us as we are, usually busy on our mobile phones or typing away on old keyboards. We handle everything from staff schedules to maintenance reports from this one house. It’s a bit unusual for a hotel group to have an office in a village setting, but it works for us. It keeps us connected to the ground level of how things actually run day to day.
