Our office is situated in Kishan Garh, which is part of the Vasant Kunj area in New Delhi. The house number is 126/9. We are located near the Welcome Store, so if you find that, you’ve basically found us. D. Mahesh Chandra is the person who looks after things here. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes of Kishan Garh if you aren’t used to it. The area is very lived-in and has a real local feel to it. We handle things for Jaypee Palace Hotels Ltd from this spot. It’s not the hotel itself, obviously, just a place where we manage some of the local requirements and storage. The room we work out of is quite basic. We have some shelves for supplies and a desk for the ledger. It’s often quite busy around the Welcome Store with people buying groceries and talking. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical location for us to be in, even if it’s not in a high-rise office building. We deal with various delivery guys and staff members who drop by throughout the week. It’s just a normal part of the day-to-day work here. There’s always someone around to lend a hand if we’re moving heavy boxes or need something fixed.
