Jaypee Hotels

Our office is tucked away at K-124 in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. People usually associate the name Jaypee Hotels with those big, fancy buildings with marble floors and chandeliers, but our work here is much more down-to-earth. This is where the administrative side of things happens. It is a bit of a crowded space, filled with stacks of paper, old computers, and several people always talking at once on their phones. We don’t have any of that hotel luxury here; it is just a plain office with fluorescent lights and some very busy staff members. Kirti Nagar is a noisy place, especially with all the industrial and commercial activity nearby, so there is a constant hum of life outside. We’ve all gotten used to it by now. We spend our days managing schedules, dealing with vendors, and making sure all the little details are taken care of for the hotels. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We have a small pantry where we spend too much time drinking coffee and chatting about our weekends. We aren't trying to impress anyone with this office. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly. Sometimes the printer breaks down or we run out of stationery, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. It is a practical, everyday sort of place where we just keep our heads down and stay busy.
