Our main office is at B-110/2 in East of Kailash, New Delhi. It’s a fairly busy part of the city, and we’ve been in this building for quite a long time now. This isn't a hotel where you can book a room for the night; it’s where all the corporate management happens for our various properties. Most of the day here is spent at desks, dealing with emails and making sure everything across the different hotels is going as it should. East of Kailash is always moving, and you can hear the traffic from the street all day long. We’ve got a team that’s been together through a lot of changes in the industry. We don't really go for the high-end corporate style in this office. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the staff at the hotels have what they need. We drink a lot of tea and there’s always a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs attention. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s how things stay organized. We know the local shops for our supplies and we’ve become part of the neighborhood over the years. We just show up every day, do our work, and head home like everyone else in this part of Delhi. It’s a steady routine that keeps the whole company moving forward, even when the city outside gets chaotic.
