Jaypee Hotels Limited

Our office for Jaypee Hotels Limited is actually located in a residential area, inside Sitaram Appts at I.P Extn in Delhi. We are at Flat No.60. It is a bit different than what people expect when they hear the name of a hotel company. It is a quiet building and we try to keep it that way so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Being in I.P Extn is nice because it feels more like a community than a cold business district. The flat has been turned into a workspace, so instead of a living room, we have files and some desks. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Delhi 110092 is our area, and we have been here for a good amount of time. You won't find a big glowing sign outside or anything like that. You just walk into the apartment complex and find number 60. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra noise. We spend our days dealing with the hotel business from here. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots around the apartments. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We don't really go for those polished corporate descriptions. This is just where we sit and do our jobs.
