Our office for Jayakara Hotels&Rest Pvt Ltd is situated on the first floor of FC/122 in Tagore Garden. We have been here for a while, and it’s where we handle all the management and planning for the business. It’s not a fancy hotel lobby; it’s just a workspace with a lot of files, some computers, and a bunch of half-empty coffee cups. We spend our days coordinating with different sites and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It can be quite stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We’re a small group, and there’s no corporate hierarchy here. We just all pitch in to get the work done. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, and the building itself has seen better days, but it’s a good spot for us. We like the local feel of Tagore Garden and being part of the neighborhood. We don't have any big brochures or polished speeches about what we do. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure the hotels and restaurants have what they need to stay open. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of lists, but it’s what we know. We just take things one step at a time and try to keep everything together without any fancy talk.
