Global Tour Ways

Our office for Global Tour Ways is at No. 603 A in Jaina Tower 2, right in the Janakpuri District Center. It’s on the sixth floor, so you have to take the elevator up, which sometimes takes a while during lunch hours. We’ve been in Janakpuri for a good bit now. The office is full of brochures and notebooks where we jot down customer details. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for us to manage our bookings. We spend hours on the phone talking to hotels and transport guys across the country. The District Center is a hub of activity, so there is always something going on downstairs. We don’t have a fancy website with all the bells and whistles. Most people come to us because a friend told them we helped with their last holiday. We deal with the usual travel headaches like delayed flights or hotels that don’t look like the photos. When that happens, we just stay on the phone until it gets sorted. It can be stressful, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We are just a few people who enjoy travel and want to help others do it too. We aren't part of some giant chain. We just work from Jaina Tower and try to keep our customers happy so they come back next year. That's pretty much all there is to it.
