J P Place Hotel

J P Place Hotel is over at Shive Farm, Gate Number 1. We are in the Jaitpur and Badarpur area of New Delhi. Mr. Shailesh Singh is usually the one you'll see around here. The farm area gives it a different feel than the middle of the city. It’s a bit dusty and open, and you have to look for the gate to find us. It’s not a high-rise luxury hotel with a gold-plated lobby. It’s more of a local place where people know each other. We have some rooms and a basic setup for guests who need a place to stay. The building is simple and we try to keep it clean, though the dust from the road makes it a constant battle. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just answer the phone when it rings and show people to their rooms. There is usually some tea being made in the kitchen and the smell of cooking in the air. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen the area change around us. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of spot. We do what we can to make sure people are settled in. It's just a normal business run by normal people who live in the neighborhood. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are local events happening nearby. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by. It’s a busy life sometimes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way in this little corner of Jaitpur.
