IY Innch and Yards Private Limited is located at B-111, SFS, right across from JNU in Vasant Vihar. This is a fairly well-known part of South West Delhi. Being near the university means there is often a lot of movement and students walking around the area. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle matters related to property or land measurements, just like the name says. It is not a very loud area compared to some other parts of Delhi, which is nice for getting our paperwork done. We spend a lot of time looking at different plans and talking to people about their specific needs. The building is part of the SFS flats, so it has a very standard, lived-in feel to it. We don't have any big advertisements outside, just our company name on the door. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they are already in the Vasant Vihar area for other things. The daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and sometimes going out to see actual sites. We try to keep our desk organized, though it often ends up covered in maps and handwritten notes. It is a decent place to be based. New Delhi-110057 has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We take our tasks seriously but don't feel the need to be overly formal or corporate about anything we do.
