Itc Welcomheritage

Our office for Itc Welcomheritage is located at Wz-58-C in Meenakshi Garden, right here in New Delhi. We work on the heritage side of things, which means we spend our time thinking about old buildings and how to keep them going as places for people to stay. It’s a bit of a contrast being in a regular residential-looking area like Meenakshi Garden while dealing with fancy hotels and old estates. Our space isn't a grand hotel itself, just a practical office where the planning happens. We have a small team here that looks at schedules, handles bookings, and talks to the staff at the different properties. It gets pretty busy with all the back-and-forth emails and phone calls. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate machine; we’re just a group that cares about these historic spots. Some days we are buried in paperwork and other days we’re trying to solve problems for guests who are miles away. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people discussing project details. We’ve been at this address for a while and it suits us fine. It’s close to the local shops and easy for us to get to every morning. We just focus on the work at hand and making sure the heritage properties are looked after from our little spot in the city. There is always something new to handle every single morning.
