We are based at 476, Type - Iv, in Laxmibai Nagar. It’s a government-style residential area in New Delhi, and our office for Itc Welcomheritage Ltd is tucked away there. The address is 110023, which is a fairly central part of the city. It’s a bit quieter than the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. Our space isn't very big. We have desks piled with papers and folders about different properties. It’s mostly about managing things and looking at old records here. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the local shops. It’s a comfortable place for us to be located. We just do our bit to keep things running smoothly from this little corner of the city without any fanfare.
