Itc Welcome Group

Our office is over at A-201 in the Neelachal Apartments, which is in Sector 4 of Dwarka. It's a residential complex, so it's a bit different from working in a commercial hub or a mall. Itc Welcome Group has this space here for handling our daily business. It’s a nice apartment, and we’ve turned one of the rooms into a meeting area where we sit and talk. The kitchen is always stocked with tea and biscuits for the afternoon break. Working out of an apartment building means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise or have too many people over at once. The security at the gate is a bit strict, but they know us by now and usually let us through. We deal with hospitality and travel arrangements. Most of the work is done on laptops or over the phone. It's quiet here, which helps when we have to focus on complicated bookings for our clients. The view from the balcony is just the inner courtyard of the complex. Sometimes we see the kids playing after school or people walking their dogs. It’s a very normal, human environment to work in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy elevators. It’s just us in a flat, getting the work done every day. We usually head out by six.
