You can find us at R-23 in Pulpahladpur, which is right near the Badarpur Border. It’s a busy intersection where Delhi meets Haryana, and there is always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks passing by. Our office isn't what you might expect when you hear a big hotel name. It’s a more grounded, local office that deals with the nitty-gritty side of things. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are a little narrow. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the way the sunlight hits the front windows in the afternoon. It gets really bright, so we usually keep the curtains drawn. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the border traffic is backed up. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lounge. It’s just a room with desks and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full. We handle the paperwork and the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. It’s hard work, and it can be a bit repetitive, but we have a good time together. We share snacks and complain about the heat like everyone else. It’s a very normal place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on getting the lists and the orders right every single day. It is just a regular job at a regular border location.
