Our office is tucked away in Mahavir Enclave, Part III, on Street No. 79. It’s E-547 if you’re looking for the door. It’s a bit different from the big hotel everyone knows. Here, it’s mostly about the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything else running. We deal with the logistics and the daily grind of the hospitality business. The street outside is usually crowded with scooters and delivery vans, so finding a place to park is a daily struggle. Inside, it’s just us and a lot of computers. We’ve been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We aren't here to give you a five-star tour; we're just the people making sure the supplies get where they need to go and the schedules are mostly followed. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of shouting across the room about some delivery that hasn't arrived or a form that wasn't signed. We take our lunches together when we can, usually something from one of the local dhabas nearby. It’s a plain office in a regular residential neighborhood, and that’s how we like it. We get the work done without any fuss. It’s just life in a Delhi back-office, really. We've been here long enough that the neighbor's dog doesn't even bark at us anymore and the tea shop guy knows our order.
