Itc Maurya The Luxury Collection New Delhi

Our setup is located at Flat No.238 in Himgiri Apartments, right on the Outer Ring Road in Vikas Puri. It’s a bit unusual because when people hear the name ITC Maurya, they think of the big hotel, but we operate this part out of a residential flat. It’s where we handle some of the behind-the-scenes work. There are a few desks squeezed into the rooms and piles of papers that need sorting. We chose this spot because it's convenient for the staff living around West Delhi. The apartments are older, but they’re sturdy. You can hear the traffic from the Ring Road all day, but you get used to it after a week. We spend a lot of time on the computer or making phone calls to coordinate various things. It’s not glamorous at all. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together if things aren't too busy. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep up with the emails. People often get confused by the address in Vikas Puri Puri New, but once they find the right building, it’s easy enough. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby. It’s just a flat where some hard work happens every day. We prefer it this way because it keeps things grounded and manageable for the small team we have here. We just keep the files moving.
