Itc Maurya New Delhi

We are over at Wz99A Varindner Nagar, right by the Jajankpuri area. It’s a pretty normal neighborhood. Most people might expect a big shiny hotel when they hear the name, but this is where we operate from. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we’re here. We do things a bit differently than what you might see on TV. Our office isn't huge. It’s where we handle the bookings and talk to guests and try to sort out where everyone is going. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know how New Delhi gets during the summer, it's hot and the traffic is a mess, so we try to make things easier for people coming through. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just keep going. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work here and try to get the jobs done. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It's quiet mostly, until the phones start up. We’ve lived in this part of Delhi for years so we know the shortcuts. It’s a local business run by local people who just happen to be in the hospitality game. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure people have a place to stay.
