Ista Hotels

Ista Hotels is located at A-18 in the Pharma Apartments over in I.P Extension. This is a residential part of New Delhi, zip code 110092, so it is a bit quieter than the middle of the city but still has plenty of life. We are tucked away in the apartment complex which makes it feel a bit more like a community than a big cold business. We do not have a giant lobby with gold statues or anything. It is a practical space where we manage our hotel stuff. Most of our day is spent checking schedules and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming through. New Delhi is always changing but I.P Extension stays pretty steady. We like being here because the people are nice and it feels like a real neighborhood. Sometimes we have to deal with plumbing issues or power cuts, which is just part of living and working in India. We do not have a big marketing team writing our stuff. It is just us in the office making sure things stay on track. We have got our desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of notebooks filled with details. It is a small operation but we stay busy from morning until late at night. We just do what we need to do to keep the hotel running. It is not glamorous but it is our daily life here at Ista Hotels.
