Ista Amritsar

We’re located at Q 22 in West Patel Nagar. Even though the name says Amritsar, this is our spot right here in New Delhi where we handle the administrative side of things. The office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a busy street. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. We handle a lot of the bookings and the back-and-forth communication that comes with running a place. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction work nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the desks and the computer screens. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cluttered with all the files and ledgers we keep. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. We know the local chai wallah by name, and he brings us tea every morning while we go through the emails. It’s a steady kind of life, sitting here in Patel Nagar and making sure everything is running smoothly elsewhere. We don't use any fancy management software, mostly just spreadsheets and a lot of notes written on the back of envelopes. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us and we haven't had any major problems yet. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
