International Hotel

You can find us at A-147 in the Mahipal Pur Extension area. We are right on National Highway 8, which is very close to Indira Gandhi Airport. Because of where we are, it is always noisy outside with the planes and the cars going by. The hotel is a basic building. We have been here for a long time. People usually come in late at night after their flights land. They look really tired and just want a bed. The lobby is small and we have a few old chairs where people wait. We don't have a big fancy restaurant, just a place to get some food. The rooms are simple with the usual stuff like a bed and a bathroom. Sometimes the tap leaks a little bit but we fix it when we can. We have a couple of guys who help with the luggage. It’s a busy life here because the airport never sleeps. We see people from all over the world, but we don't talk much other than checking them in. The walls are painted a light color that shows the dirt sometimes, so we are always touching it up. It’s not a luxury place, just a spot for travelers to rest. We stay open twenty-four hours because that’s how it works near an airport. It can be exhausting but it’s what we do. The sign outside flickers a bit in the wind.
