Intercontitnental Eros

We are based out of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, specifically at number 14/444. It is a typical Delhi residential area, so it is always very lively with people coming and going at all hours. Our setup here is pretty practical and straightforward. We handle things related to the hotel side of the business, but we do it all from this local office. There is a lot of coordination involved, mostly making phone calls and managing the complicated schedules for various things. It is not the big shiny hotel lobby you might expect to see; it is more of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running. The desks are crowded with folders and there is always a long list of things to do pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking bookings and making sure the staff knows exactly where they need to be. It gets a bit cramped in here when everyone is working at once, but we make it work somehow. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just have to sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It is just how it is in this part of the city. We know the tea stall around the corner pretty well and go there often. We are not trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people making sure the guests have what they need. (250 words)
