Intercontinental The Grand

You can find us in Rohini, specifically in Sector 18 at A-11/32. The name Intercontinental The Grand might sound like we have a massive marble lobby, but we’re actually working out of a more modest space here in Delhi. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm during the day. We’ve got a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One person might be on the phone while the other is trying to fix the printer. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have those big boardrooms you see on TV. Instead, we usually just sit around the main table and talk things through. Sometimes we order lunch from the shop around the corner and just eat at our desks. The office is a bit small, especially when we have a lot of files piled up, but it stays organized enough. We focus on getting our work done without too much fuss. There isn't any fancy marketing team here. It’s just us, doing our thing in Rohini. The neighborhood is nice because you can walk out and get a tea whenever you need a break. We’ve been here for some time and the locals know us by now. It’s a practical way to run a business, and we prefer it like this. No big corporate rules, just common sense and hard work. We are just regular people making it work.
