Intercontinental Nehru Place N.Delhi

Our office for Intercontinental Nehru Place is actually situated in Gandhi Nagar, which is a very different vibe from the hotel itself. We are located at IX/3685, Street No. 2, in the Dharmpura Extension. It is right near the Satya Narayan Mandir, so we often hear the bells or the music from the temple during the day. The streets here are narrow and packed with people and small shops selling textiles. Getting to work involves navigating through the crowds, which can be a bit much in the mornings. Once you get inside the building, it is a bit quieter. We handle a lot of the back-end details from here. The office is small and the shelves are crammed with ledgers and old files. There is a ceiling fan that makes a clicking sound, but we have mostly tuned it out. It is a practical location for us even if it is a bit cramped. We do not have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the guy around the corner. Most of our day is spent at the desk, typing and making calls to the main hotel or to suppliers. It is a very local, neighborhood feel here in Gandhi Nagar. People are always shouting to each other in the street, and there is a lot of life right outside our door. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished.
