Intercontinental Hotels Group

We are located at 72-A, RBI Colony in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a regular neighborhood in New Delhi 88, and our office here for Intercontinental Hotels Group is where we manage some of the local side of things. It’s not a hotel itself, so you won’t find a lobby or a buffet here. Instead, it’s just us with our laptops and a few filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running elsewhere. The street outside is usually quiet, except when the school nearby lets out. We’ve been in this Shalimar Bagh spot for a while now. The office is pretty basic with a few desks and some posters on the wall from different places. We spend most of our time coordinating schedules or talking to suppliers. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just take a break and talk about what we're having for lunch. It’s a very normal office environment. We aren't big on corporate talk; we just try to get the tasks done before the day ends. It’s a lot of emailing and phone calls to different departments. Sometimes we have to stay late to catch someone in a different time zone. It’s just the way it works for us here. We like being in this part of Delhi because it’s easy to get to. It works for us and the team here is small. It's alright.
