Infonet Care Enterprises is easy to spot if you’re near the Ambedkar Nagar Depot in Khanpur. We are right across from it in R.P.S. Colony. The area is usually buzzing with people and buses going in and out all day long. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We spend most of our time looking at network issues or helping people with their tech problems. New Delhi can be a tough place to run a business with the power cuts and the dust, but we’ve managed to stay put here. The team is just a few local guys who know their way around a computer. We don’t really do big meetings or have those fancy coffee machines. Usually, it’s just us sitting around with some chai and working through the tickets for the day. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to figure that out while also helping customers. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around for repair. We just try to get through the work without making too much of a fuss. People from the neighborhood know they can just drop by if they have a question. It’s a practical setup and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the bus stand across the road. We don't have a big corporate structure here, just a simple office.
