Imperial Groups Of Hotel

We are based in the DDA LIG Flats in Sector 7, Pocket 2 of Dwarka. It’s a residential block, so the atmosphere is quite different from a typical commercial office building. We operate out of one of the flats, which means the layout is a bit like a home with different rooms used for different tasks. One room is for the computers and phones, while another is stacked with extra linens and supplies for the hotels we manage. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a nice view of the park across the way, which is a good spot to stand for a minute when the phone calls get too repetitive. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here, like bookings and talking to suppliers about prices. The kitchen in the flat is where we make our own coffee because the local shops are a bit of a walk away. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we have too many deliveries arriving at once, so we try to keep things quiet and organized. We’ve been in this Dwarka spot for a few years now, and the walls are covered with notes and phone numbers pinned up on corkboards. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and we prefer being in a neighborhood rather than a cold glass building.
