We’re based on the ground floor at 847/3, right by Mata Chowk on Vasant Kunj Road. Mahipalpur is always a bit chaotic with the airport nearby and all the hotels and cargo offices. Image Logistics Pvt. Ltd. sits right in the middle of it. Our office is a busy spot where people are constantly coming in with slips of paper and packages. It’s not a fancy place with art on the walls. It’s mostly desks, boxes, and a lot of clipboards. We spend our time figuring out the best way to get things from A to B without them getting lost. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit over the phone. We don't try to sound like a big international corporation. We’re just a local team trying to keep the deliveries on schedule. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of stress when things get backed up. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. If a driver gets stuck, we usually know a shortcut to tell him. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use big words or make grand promises. We just tell you where your stuff is and when it should arrive. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. The tea shop next door is where we go when we need a ten-minute break. Then it’s back to the phones and the packages.
