Anapurna Cargo Care Pvt. Ltd. is situated at G-151 in Kalkaji. If you know Delhi, you know Kalkaji is a busy spot. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where everything happens. We handle cargo, which mostly means we spend our time staring at manifests and talking to transporters. It’s a lot of coordination. You wouldn’t believe the amount of paper involved in moving goods across the country. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets buried under folders. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes I’m answering the phone, and five minutes later I’m helping load a small van or checking a crate. The neighborhood is lively, and there’s always a place to get a quick snack when things get hectic. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just tell people when their stuff will arrive and try our best to make sure it actually happens. It’s a tough business because there are always delays you can’t control, like weather or truck breakdowns. We just handle it as it comes. We’ve been at G-151 for a while, and the locals know us.
