Blazeflash Couriers Ltd. is located at Blazeflash House, which is 2E/8 in Jhandewalan Extn. This is our own building and it is always a hive of activity. Being in the courier business means there is no such thing as a slow day. We have parcels and letters coming in from all over and going out just as fast. The ground floor is usually full of sorters and delivery people getting their bags ready. We have our administrative offices on the upper floors. Jhandewalan is a very central spot in Delhi, which makes it easier for us to coordinate our routes. It is a noisy, busy neighborhood with a lot of commercial traffic. We have been here for a long time and have seen the area change around us. We aren't a big international corporation with thousands of trucks. We are a local courier service that grew over the years. We don't use much fancy technology, just basic tracking and a lot of hard work from our riders. Sometimes things get lost or delayed because of the weather or traffic, but we always try to sort it out as best as we can. It is a simple business of moving things from one place to another, and we just keep doing it day after day. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep the mail moving in a busy city.
