My office is up on the seventh floor of Suneja Tower-II in the Janakpuri District Centre. It’s room number 717. Being in the District Centre means it is always crowded outside with people and cars everywhere. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, but there is always something to do. I spend most of my time at the desk going through files or meeting with people who stop by to talk. The view from the window is mostly other office buildings and the busy streets down below. I’ve been working from this location for quite some time now. It’s a standard office setup with a couple of chairs for visitors and stacks of papers that seem to grow every single week. I handle various business matters and try to keep everything in order. Some days are just filled with phone calls and typing on the computer. It isn't a flashy place, just a functional space where the work gets done. I usually try to get in early before the lifts get too crowded with the morning rush. Janakpuri is a big area, so there’s always something happening nearby. I just focus on my tasks and help out the people who come to see me. It’s a steady routine of paperwork and meetings. I’ve lived in this city for a long time, so I’m used to the pace of things here.
