Our office is located at 402, Laxmi Bhawan in Nehru Place. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s a crowded area with lots of people moving around all the time. Being at number 72 makes it somewhat easy for people to find us once they get into the right block. Bms Shipping (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this fourth-floor space for some time now. We spend most of our hours looking at shipping schedules and coordinating with different folks. The elevator in Laxmi Bhawan can be a little slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out, so we usually just wait it out or take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Inside the office, there are computers and a few desks pushed together. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but that is just how it is in this line of work. We handle the logistics and the boring stuff that comes with moving goods from one place to another. There isn't much to see here besides desks and stacks of folders. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything. It is just a practical place to work. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick bite. Most days are just about staying on top of the paperwork and making sure things are moving as they should.
